I cannot recommend highly enough to others I work with to undertake this qualification to build on their roles and exposure to on-site processes. My experience has been excellent and the support from the Esteem staff has been brilliant. The programme and content within the toolkits have greatly expanded my knowledge and I’m sure will be reflected in my future progression.
