Esteem Launches Innovative Pilot NVQ5 Business Improvement Programmes in Northern Ireland
Trudy was thrilled to get 2 new Pilot Group Programmes off the ground with 24 delegates in Northern Ireland this month. In partnership with the Federation of Master Builders (FMB), and with funding from CITB-ConstructionSkills NI and the Department for Education and Learning (DEL) – Esteem are running 2 innovative pilot NVQ5 Group Programmes.
The newly designed pilot programme aims to equip 24 senior managers, directors and owners of SME’s in the Construction Industry with the tools they need to sustain and grow their businesses. The programmes are currently running in Cookstown and Crumlin and consist of 5 x 1 day business improvement workshops, which link to the NVQ5 Diploma in Management as well as the Investors in People Standard. Expert one-to-one Advisory support is also included.
We are delighted to be working with CITB-ConstructionSkills NI, FMB and DEL to help deliver the training in order to improve the management skills and techniques of the construction industry in Northern Ireland. The expert one – to –one coaching will allow the participant to apply the processes to their own construction business resulting in improved business performance and achievement of a recognised qualification.
