Welcome Tracey and Pamela

Our team has grown again!
We’re delighted to introduce our two newest Steemies. Tracey Sinclair joins as Trainee Business Development Coordinator alongside Pamela Deans as Trainee Candidate Support Coordinator.
Both Tracey and Pamela have been very busy over the past few weeks working through their induction with the team. Tracey joins us with a background in account management, working for a national timber distributer.
Tracey joins the onboarding team
Tracey brings with her a wealth of experience in business development as well as the timber/construction industry. In her new role as Trainee Business Development Coordinator, Tracey will be responsible for account management, candidate recruitment and the onboarding process. She joins our fabulous onboarding team – Andy Findlater, Jenna Woods and Emma Farnington who have wasted no time in showing her the ropes!

Tracey comments on her transition to Esteem and a new industry. “After spending over 20 years working within the Timber Trade I am enjoying the challenge of being back on the starting blocks of a whole new Industry. Esteem have a great Culture and a wonderful supportive team which has made the transition so much easier! I can honestly say that I am already proud to be a “Steemie” and look forward to many successful years ahead.”
Pamela joins the delivery team
Pamela joins us with a background in customer service in the travel industry. She brings a wealth of experience in client relations as well as an ability to act quickly and professionally in an ever-changing industry. In her new role as Trainee Candidate Support Coordinator, she will be responsible for assessor and candidate support and the progress review process. Pamela will be working alongside our existing Candidate Support Coordinator – Karen MacArthur who has eagerly passing on the tricks of the trade!

Pamela shares her experiance with Esteem so far. “My induction is going really well and I am enjoying discovering everything about Esteem and the amazing work they do. Everybody has been extremely friendly and welcoming, and I feel lucky to be a part of this amazing team. Every day I learn something new and I am excited to continue my journey with Esteem.”
Welcome onboard to Tracey and Pamela and we look forward to working with you for many years to come. You can find out more about our team here
