Congratulations to Allan for completing his Demolition H&S course

Another proud moment for the Esteem team as Allan one our brilliant assessors, completes his Demolition in Health and Safety course.
At Esteem, training and development is at the heart of our culture. Everyone within the team is encouraged to seek and undertake training. Not only does it help the individual become confident within their role it also helps us as a team move forward.
At the beginning of the year Allan enrolled onto a Demolitions in Health and Safety course run by Alison. An online education and skills training based in the Republic of Ireland.
The course looked at demolition works and risks and Safety on Demolition works. Some of the units included were health and safety duties, Managing risks, identifying hazards, controlling risks, Asbestos, exclusion zones and a lot more.
Today Allan passed the course with flying colours. He got 24 out of 25 questions correct – we are all very impressed and pleased for Allan!
