A New Addition to the Esteem Team!

We are thrilled to introduce to you our newest addition to the Esteem team – Jori!

It has been a very exciting and busy time for Esteem with our Modern Apprenticeship programmes starting last year and proving to be a great success. In order to keep up with demand and paperwork Jori has joined our team as Modern Apprenticeship Coordinator and we could not be happier.

Jori joined Esteem after recently relocating to Glasgow from the Outer Hebrides where he was an Office/Quality Manager for a local Haulage company. Since starting at the beginning of July, Jori has already become an invaluable asset to the team and we are very impressed with how quickly he has managed to pick up his new role and the professionalism and knowledge he has brought to it.

Jori began his induction by attending one of our Occupational Work Supervision developmental workshops. Attending workshops is a main aspect of inductions as we believe that by seeing our programmes in action will offer a great insight into how Esteem operates and the unique developmental approach we take to construction qualifications. We were thrilled to hear that Jori was impressed with how engaging and interesting the workshop was and that he enjoyed meeting our fantastic candidates. The rest of Jori’s induction will be spent meeting the rest of the Esteem team who are dotted across the UK and learning more about the Esteem culture, values and of course lots more about his very important role within the team.

We are very happy to have Jori on board and we wish him the best of luck with his new role and hope he enjoys the experience of being a Steemie!

Our team is always growing and we are always on the lookout for hard-working and enthusiastic individuals to join us. If you have experience within the construction sector and have a passion for developing individuals for success then we would love to hear from you.
