Onboarding Coordinator
We are looking for an Onboarding Coordinator to join our expanding team.
The Person:
We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic coordinator who is willing to embrace the Esteem experience, offer exceptional customer service and be part of our talented business development team. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate excellent organisation and administrative skills. They should also have the ability to adapt and prioritise.
The Role:
• Book appointments, populate documents and communicate with clients via email
• Document validation checks
• Take minutes of meetings
• Coordinate and update documents, database and spreadsheets
• Generating reports as required Assisting with internal audits
• Assist with the creation of and maintenance of guidance notes
• Assist with all coordination tasks Support colleagues as required
Additional Skills:
We are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic team player who is IT literate with experience of using Microsoft Office and ideally SharePoint. We also require a ‘Can Do’ attitude, and someone who has excellent communication skills, the ability to work on their own initiative and have a 100% commitment to customer service.
The ability to drive and access to a vehicle for work purposes is not essential, but would be an advantage.
Salary of £18,000 (with potential to move up to £22,000 on the achievement of agreed objectives)
Trainee Business Development Coordinator
We are looking for a Trainee Business Development Coordinator to join our expanding team.
The Person:
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic team player who is willing to embrace the Esteem experience, offer exceptional customer service and be part of our talented business development team. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm and adaptability.
The Role:
• Developing relationships with new and existing clients and partners
• Supporting the Business Development Manager with campaign recruitment, eligibility and sign up activities
• Keeping abreast of the Construction Industry (leading bodies, government and media)
• Administration tasks and generation of reports
• Attending existing client and candidate meetings as required
• Gathering testimonials and identifying case studies using customer feedback
• Supporting colleagues as required
Additional Skills:

It is essential that applicants can drive and have access to a vehicle that they can use for work purposes.
A salary of £20,000 (with potential to move up to £24,000 on the achievement of agreed objectives)
If you join Esteem Training you will be offered:
• A 35 hour working week (although we are currently trialling a 4-Day, 32 hour working week)
• 20 days of annual leave with an additional 8 days of public holidays;
