Esteem have been nominated for Centre of the Year!

The Esteem team are delighted to announce that we have been nominated for the SQA Star Award for ‘Centre of the Year in the UK and Ireland!’
We are thrilled to have received the news that we have been nominated for ‘Centre of the Year Award’ at this years SQA Star Awards. The annual SQA Star awards are in celebration of the outstanding achievements in education and training, not just in Scotland but throughout the UK and around the WORLD – so this is great recognition for all the hard work we do at Esteem.
To win the award, the judges looked at all areas of our training programmes including; the benefits to learners, ongoing commitment and potential for future development as well as details of the practical activities undertaken at Esteem.

At Esteem we invest in the candidates journey – we want everyone to feel ‘esteemed’ and to have the opportunity to develop within their role. With this, we offer more than just a qualification – a full learning experience. Candidates have the opportunity to attend developmental workshops which cover the knowledge and understanding aspects of their SVQ Level 3 or 4. Here, candidates are encouraged to share their experiences and to discuss certain processes and procedures which could help them moving forward. In addition, our talented assessors attend and are happy to answer any questions. Candidates will also have a handful of 1:1 sessions and on site visit. These are designed to ensure that everyone receives the support and encouragement they require.
Due to our unique approach we believe this why we have a 95% success rate and we are very proud of this. However, don’t just listen to us:
The team have made the programme very easy to follow and are always on hand to help. The programme has made me look at my role in a more indepth way and I have learnt more about my responsibilities. I am better at my job because of this programme and the way it is taught
