Introducing 2 New Steemies
As we approach the 1 month milestone for our 2 new Operations team members – we are happy to report that Megan McAlear and Jenna Woods are both settling in well. Megan joins us as Onboarding Coordinator and will be heavily involved in supporting and organising the Operations Team. Jenna, our Trainee Business Development Coordinator is working closely with Andy, our Business Development Manager to learn the reigns and to get to know our clients.
We are delighted to be in the position to continue to grow the business in these challenging times and we know that Megan and Jenna will be a fantastic addition to our skilled and dedicated team.
When asked how they were feeling 1 month into the role, Megan said – “I have had the warmest welcome and wonderful support settling into my new role. It’s only been a month, and already I have learned so much, had the opportunity to contribute to improving processes and felt valued and excited from the word go. It’s been great to join the wonderful Esteem team the same time as Jenna and have someone to share the experience with, to learn and progress with and have fun doing it. I’m inspired by everyone at Esteem, they are a wonderful group of experts, passionate and committed to working tremendously hard to help people reach their full potential – and I’m grateful to be a part of it!” and Jenna commented – “I’m really loving my time with Esteem! Everybody I’ve spoken to has said that Esteem is like a little family, and I can genuinely see and feel it. All of the team have been so welcoming and supportive, and even though we’ve only been able to meet virtually so far, I already feel like a real “Steemie” – part of the family! I’m enjoying learning more about the company, the processes and my role and I can’t wait to continue getting stuck in after Christmas”.
We have no doubt that Megan and Jenna are looking forward to their Christmas break – after what will be a full on 6 week induction. No doubt you will hear from them in the New Year.
