Hackney Skills Academy Leadership & Management Masterclass
Trudy and Martina were delighted to be asked to deliver a Leadership & Managament Masterclass for the supply chain of Hackney National Skills Academy for Construction (a partnership between Lakehouse, Mullalley, Mansell and Hackney Homes).
14 delegates came along to the half day workshop to learn more about the role of the leader and manager and to get some hints, tips and tools for success.
The workshop proved very successful – with delegates getting the chance to think about their own development needs. We hope to run more like this in the future!
