Programme success with BCTG!

Last year, Esteem delivered a series of 5 x 1/2 day Management development workshops to members of the BCTG (Building Contractors Training Group) – the series, which included topics such as time management, delegation and communication – proved successful  and we wanted to share some feedback received from the delegates.

One delegate said “Wasn’t sure what to expect but this exceeded all expectations and kept me fully engaged throughout”.

Of course it helps when the course was delivered by Trudy, who has since been described as “fantastic” and “down to earth” as well as very engaging.

Another delegate remarked – “It was a very enjoyable morning, prefer this method rather than role play etc. Would be very beneficial for other staff members and maybe for a full day course”.

It makes our day to hear we have provided more positive learning experience and so we very much appreciate the feedback that we received from BCTG on behalf of them.
