Fully funded places available on our upcoming SVQ3 programme

Due to CSCS changes in April unless you have a Level 2 in a relevant trade you can only achieve your CSCS Gold Card via this SVQ3 qualification. Sign up today by contacting Andy (andy@esteemtraining.com – 07766 658 083).

This fully funded SVQ Level 3 in Construction Site Supervision is a fantastic opportunity to release your teams potential. It involves candidates attending 5 half day developmental workshops which cover the knowledge and understanding aspects of the VQ, That’s 50%! Candidates are given a toolkit which offers templates and techniques to help manage their team and workload efficiently. During the workshops these are discussed in detail.

Candidates will also have a handful of 1:1 sessions with their assessor and an onsite visit. We have found these sessions to be a key tool for developmental as candidates are able to get clarity on any questions they may have.

At Esteem, our goal is to help our candidates develop and become more confident within their role. With this, we are happy to help at any point and offer additional support when needed. This is why we believe we have a 95% success rate! However, don’t just listen to us:

I think the programme is very informative, worthwhile and beneficial. It has helped me develop my confidence and knowledge. I would recomend this programme to others and will inform collegues about it

If you would like to build a confident workforce and equip them with a CSCS Gold Card contact Andy today at andy@esteemtraining.com. Fully funded places are available on our upcoming SVQ3 programme in Cumbernauld.
