The beginning of our first SVQ 4 programme in Argyll

SVQ Level 4 in Argyll

A brilliant start for our first ever SVQ Level 4: Construction Site Management programme in Argyll. We can’t wait to hit the ground running and help the 9 candidates achieve their VQ and CSCS Black Card.

At Esteem we strive to help as many Site Supervisors and Manager develop and achieve a recognised construction qualification. With this, we have begun running regional programmes in Argyll and Aberdeen.

In Argyll, we have ran 2 successful SVQ Level 3: Occupational Work Supervision programmes. However, due to the feedback we received along with a large interest, we decided to run an SVQ Level 4: Construction Site Management programme – and after meeting our candidates we are very pleased with our decision to do so!

At the end of last week, we welcomed 9 candidates on to the programme at the Loch Fyne hotel in Argyll. It was great to get to know the candidates and learn more about what it is they do and what they would like to get out of the programme. As the candidates have come from a variety of companies we know that workshop discussions are going to be very interesting and thought provoking.

To add to the excitement the Esteem stand was out for the first time and we think it looked fab!

Our SVQ Level 4: Construction Site Management programme is fully funded under the Modern Apprenticeship scheme in Scotland. It involves candidates attending 5 workshops which cover the knowledge and understanding aspects of the VQ. These sessions have proven to be key to our candidates due to the opportunity to share experiences and learn from others in a similar role. In addition, candidates will have a handful of 1:1 sessions with their assessor and an onsite visit.

At Esteem we want all of our candidates to feel supported and to get the most out of their VQ. We invest in the candidate journey and offer not just a qualification but a unique supportive experience.

Finally, good luck to the 9 candidates who are just beginning their developmental journey with us. We look forward to working with you and helping you achieve your VQ and CSCS Black Card. We hope you enjoy the experience!

If you would like to build a confident workforce then please contact Andy today at andy@esteemtraining.com to find out about our fully funded SVQ programmes.
