A big warm welcome to our new Assessor – Andy

Last week was a brilliant one for us Steemies! The sun was beaming through our office windows AND we welcomed Andy, our new assessor, to the team.
We were absolutely thrilled to welcome Andy last week to our team. He joins as a talented assessor ready to hit the ground running and to help us with our growing demand. We cannot wait to introduce him to all of our candidates.

Andy joins the team with a wealth of experience and knowledge having been in the construction industry for nearly 30 years. He has worked in design consultancy, rail, water & Sewerage and roads/Highways. For the last 4 years Andy has been an assessor. With this experience we know he is going to be able to offer our candidates fantastic advice and support!
Away from work, Andy is an avid sports fan (football, ice hockey and golf!), enjoys music and going to gigs. He is also a Dad to twin 15 month old boys. We imagine he is kept busy!
Andy’s first week was certainly a busy one. It was filled with team meetings and participating in the final preparation stages for our upcoming SVQ Level 3 programme in Aberdeen. He also managed to attend workshops for our Occupational Work Supervision and Construction Site Supervision programmes! We find that attendance at our workshops is one of the best ways to truly understand our unique approach to SVQs. We were thrilled that Andy has enjoyed his week and learning more about what we do.
We now have two Karen’s and two Andy’s! Bids on who are next pair will be?
We are always on the look out for enthusiastic individuals who have an interest in construction and a passion for helping others succeed. If you like the sound of what we do then we would love to hear from you. Please send your CV to info@esteemtraining.com.
