Esteem have a new recruit!

Esteem are delighted to introduce Chyrel Lennox – our new Business Development Administrator. Chyrel is working as part of the sales team and will be heading up our SDS Modern Apprenticeship Progress Reviews.
Despite the current pandemic, we are absolutely thrilled to be welcoming a new member to the team. Chyrel brings a wealth of Construction knowledge with 30 years’ experience at CITB.
Chyrel tells us why she was so excited to join the Steemies:
“I wanted to work for Esteem because of its “family” atmosphere. The company really cares about the people who work here. I liked that it seemed very focused and I dealt with a few of the staff through my CITB role and they were all brilliant to work with. Esteem stood out to me as a company that genuinely wanted to help people get qualified.”
It has been a crazy few months for everyone, but even more so for Chyrel who joined the Steemies whilst working remotely.
“My first few weeks have been a roller coaster! I’ve met all my new colleagues via video conferencing which has been good but I’m looking forward to when I can meet them all in person! Working from home took a bit of getting used to but surprisingly, I’m quite enjoying it so far. I do miss the office banter though. It’s good learning new ways of doing things and I look forward to getting to know my new colleagues better in the coming months.”

Chyrel has adapted quickly to virtual working and has been a great addition to the team already. We look forward to seeing her flourish which we know she will.
Welcome to the team Chyrel!!
