“I could not praise Esteem highly enough”

As we adapt to the ‘new normal’, Esteem continue to provide SVQ training for our candidates virtually.

We adapted our learning materials to work online and continue to develop the learning experience for our clients and candidates. We have interactive videos to aid the learning experience of our candidates.

Colin Simpson (Veitchi Group) recently completed the Construction Site Management SVQ 4 with Esteem. Here’s how he found his experience of training with Esteem:

I found the whole experience very good. My tutor Nicola Thom was attentive and always on hand to explain any of the questions where the terminology used was difficult to understand, her feedback was always honest and fair.

Working remotely was a challenge but at the same time made easier due to the Esteem team being on hand from the front end at set up through to the end and the close out meeting. Big thanks to Andy, Karen, Nicola and Chyrel.

Further to this I would have no problem recommending Esteem to anyone individual or company in the future.

Another candidate, Scott Hood (Cala Homes) also completed the Construction Site Management SVQ 4. Below Scott tells us how he found his journey with Esteem:

In the difficult times caused by COVID both during the furlough period and the uncertain times upon our return to working, I found Esteem to be very adaptable in their approach to the restrictions that we were all under.

The use of telephone and video conferencing to overcome them being unable to carry out the normal on-site face to face meeting helped me complete my SVQ with confidence in the company that was overseeing this qualification.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Allan Mitchell, my assessor for his drive and professionalism throughout this process as this helped me maintain my own focus to complete all items by my deadlines that we originally set.

Overall I could not praise Esteem highly enough from start to finish they have been excellent.
