31 candidates achieve their SVQ3 in Occupational Work Supervision

We’re finishing the week on a high as 31 candidates complete our SVQ Level 3: Occupational Work Supervision programme. This is a brilliant achievement and we have thoroughly enjoyed helping the candidates work towards their construction qualification.

Our SVQ3: Occupational Work Supervision programme is fully funded under the Modern Apprenticeship Scheme. It consists of 4 half day workshops, 1:1 sessions with an assessor and an on-site visit. Through careful design and delivery, we ensure that candidates are given the opportunity to develop within their role whilst achieving their qualification.

This programme ran in both Argyll and Cumbernauld due to demand and our goal to help as many Site Supervisors in Scotland develop. The candidates came from a range of companies which made workshop discussions very interesting and valuable.

At the end of a programme we ask candidates how they found it and what they have learnt. The feedback we received was brilliant with many candidates wanting to progress onto our SVQ Level 4 programme. One of our goals is to switch people on to learning. So, for us this a fantastic result and confirmation that we are helping individuals develop.

Once again congratulations to the 31 candidates who have completed their SVQ3: Occupational Work Supervision programme. A great achievement and we wish you all the best for the future.

There are currently fully funded spaces available on our upcoming SVQ Level 3: Construction Site Supervision programme. This is a brilliant developmental programme and is a recognised route to a CSCS Gold Card.
