100% funded places available on our upcoming SVQ4: Construction Site Management programme

Our SVQ Level 4: Construction Site Management programme is a brilliant opportunity for Site managers to develop within their role. It is fully funded and a recognised route to the CSCS Black Managers card.
At Esteem, we take pride in our commitment to helping our candidates not only achieve their construction qualification but also to enhance their skills and knowledge.
With this, our SVQ level 4: Construction Site Management programme consists of 5 developmental workshops. Here candidates are exposed to a variety of processes which could help improve their communication and project management skills. Candidates are also given the opportunity to interact with others in a similar role and learn from their experiences. We have found this sharing of knowledge to be key to a candidate’s development.

However, don’t just listen to us:
This is a very well laid out programme with a very helpful team to guide you through. It has helped reinforce the practices and daily operations I carry out as well as given me the opportunity to learn how other sectors operate. I would recommend this programme to anyone looking to progress into a more management orientated role
Thomas Kennedy, AMCO Giffen
With our commitment to helping individuals develop across Scotland we are running this programme in three different locations:
- Cumbernauld
- Aberdeen
- Argyll
If you would like to release your Site Managers potential, then please contact Andy (andy@esteemtraining.com – 07766 658083) today. Our fully funded places are going quick.
